LEGACY CIRCLE Terms & Conditions

Membership & Access

Membership is personal and exclusive to the registrant. Access is granted only after confirmation of enrollment and full payment. All programs, sessions, and materials remain proprietary to Legacy Circle. Bookings must be scheduled in advance; confirmations are required. Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled. Legacy Circle reserves discretion to adjust access or scheduling. Members must follow program protocols and coach guidance at all times.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are required in full prior to program commencement. Monthly and long-term packages are billed upfront for the selected term. Unused sessions or early cancellations are non-refundable. Promotional adjustments are offered solely at Legacy Circle’s discretion.

Health & Safety

Members must disclose any pre-existing conditions or injuries. Participation is voluntary; members accept responsibility for their wellbeing. Coaches provide guidance, not medical treatment or diagnosis. All members must adhere to safety instructions and proper form. Legacy Circle is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence or non-compliance.

Privacy & Communication

Member information is confidential and securely stored. We may contact members regarding programs, updates, and opportunities. Data will never be shared with third parties without consent. By joining, members agree to receive relevant coaching communications.
